Child Development Resource
Our Child Development Resource has been created in collaboration with colleagues from across the Early Years sector to provide age related child development information for practitioners working with families from 0 - 60 months.
The resource showcases developmental milestones which span the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQ) and provides opportunities for reflection and learning around these.
You can download the Child Development Resource - which we've split into sections for ease - on the links below. Please note that this resource has been developed for use by the Early Years workforce; if you are a parent or carer who has concerns over their child's development then please speak to your GP or Health Visitor.

Child Development Resource Webinar
On the 25th April 2023, we launched the SSBC Child Development Resource via this webinar to colleagues from across the Early Years Sector. Over 90 colleagues registered to attend including teams from local nurseries, community and voluntary sector organisations and Local Authority staff.
