Coproduction Evaluation and Legacy Planning Report

In June 2023, Helen Platts of Northern Lights Learning and Solutions and Claire Baxter of Richmond Baxter Ltd were jointly commissioned to support work around SSBC's Legacy Proposal and plans around their systems change work.  The work undertaken by Helen and Claire took the form of testing two elements of the legacy proposal, namely coproduction and father inclusivity.

The objectives were to:

• Road test the systems change impact of these elements using the Water of Systems Change Model
• Pilot a deep dive approach to co-production and father inclusivity
• Provide recommendations for further development and delivery of the legacy plan following this evaluation.
