In April 2023, SSBC responded to a call for written evidence to the House of Commons Committee of Public Accounts 'Progress in improving NHS mental health services' Inquiry.

The inquiry sought to question senior officials at the Department of Health and Social Care and NHS England on whether the government had achieved value for money in its efforts to expand and improve NHS-funded mental health services, based on the National Audit Office's investigation into the government's progress on improving mental health services.

Both the SSBC submission and the final House of Commons report are available to download.
