Designing a Service: Theory of Change

In 2019 The Dartington Service Design Lab delivered training to the SSBC team on how to develop a Theory of Change.  This training focused on how this model of working could support service design, delivery and monitoring.  The toolkit available to download is the culmination of this work, it highlights the processes we undertook as part of our Theory of Change work, examples of good practice and the approaches we believe work well when using the Theory of Change model within your practice.
