This briefing will provide an overview of the Healthy Start Scheme and the transition to the digital card scheme.

In Nottingham, only 68% of eligible pregnant women and parents/carers take up the scheme – meaning thousands of low-income households are missing out on this vital support.
One of the targets within the Nottingham Eating & Moving for Good Health Strategy is for 90% of eligible families to receive the Healthy Start Scheme by 2027.
This training will aim to increase confidence so that you feel confident to raise awareness of the scheme and support families to access this benefit.

Dates:

  • 15th March
  • 28th March

Personal bookings can be made for your service, please email: [email protected]

The briefing can also be accessed from the SSBC Healthy Start toolkit.
